Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise that we are unable to replace or repair. Returns made after the item(s) have been delivered, shipped or picked up and accepted must be pre-authorized by emailing  our customer service at info@fancciboutique.com 

Orders which are cancelled after the original order date may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of up to 30%, in addition to any warehouse, labor and shipping charges incurred. Special orders, special item(s) and products that have left the manufacture warehouse CANNOT and WILL NOT be cancelled; NO exceptions;NO cancellation will be allowed.  The actual cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited or refunded. Cancelled orders will receive store credit. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Claims for damaged items must be filed within 2 calendar days of delivery. Claims received after 2 calendar days of delivery will not and cannot be processed. Please remember to inspect your item(s) immediately upon delivery.

Order cancellation

All refunds are processed in the following manner: credit or debit card transactions placed online are refunded online within 7 business days of the refund request/approval date, cash or wire transfer transactions are refunded in the form of a Certified Cashier's Check or Company Check, which is sent by mail within 30 days of the refund request/approval date.

Manufacturer's warranty

Fancci Boutique grants or implies no warranties on the performance of any products. All warranties provided, if any, are manufacturers' warranties, which are typically included in the packaging of the product(s). Should you need warranty service, contact Fancci Boutique  at 757-392-8085 and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf. Fancci Boutique WILL charge a mandatory $99.00 USD processing fee to cover initial warranty charges, an in-home inspection fee of $75.00 USD (if necessary), plus additional freight charges and pick-up/ delivery fees involved in servicing your product(s).

As with any handmade furniture, some variations in finish, symmetry, and design are normal and not considered defects. Natural cracks in wood ("checking") is normal and not considered a defect. Product dimensions listed on our website are the closest possible approximate and minor variations are considered normal.

We cannot guarantee that the color (dye lot) of product(s) purchased will be exactly the same as shown at a dealer or of previously purchased product(s). The color (dye lot) of fabrics & [faux] leathers may vary from one batch to the next due to the nature of the commercial dying process.

NOTE: No exceptions or replacement will be issued for broken glass or marble under any circumstances.

Arrival Dates

Fancci Boutique does its best to assure merchandise arrives within the quoted delivery time frame. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will do our best to notify you in advance, however we do not provide monetary compensation for late delivery or shipping.


Delivery services are available within the United States. All merchandise must be paid in full prior to pickup, delivery and shipping.Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Space Limitations

Customers are responsible for their space limitations. Please be conscious of passages that could cause delivery issues (e.g., stairwells, hallways, doorways, elevators, etc.).

Scheduling Deliveries

Your orders are processed immediately through our servers. You will be called or emailed within 24 hours of placing your order to set up a date and time for your delivery. In the event that you do not receive a phone call within 24 hours, please call our Customer Service at 757-392-8085

Customer Delivery Conditions and Responsibilities

Each customer is responsible to provide a clear path for delivery, free of impediments. Stairways, elevators, and doorways must be large enough to allow safe handling of your furniture.

Home Preparation

Please secure your home for delivery by covering exposed floors with protective material and removing furniture or objects that may obstruct the path and create difficulty with the delivery. Fancci Boutique is not responsible for any damages that may occur during a delivery as a result of your home being unprepared.
