Our shipping is  fast, and you will be kept updated. Below you’ll find a breakdown of our shipping options.


Ships within 7-15 days. We continuously work to simplify the furniture shipping process. That’s why all of our shipping options are flat-rate – regardless of how much you order or the size of the items. Whether you’re ordering an ottoman or an entire living room, shipping is the same price.


We offer three delivery options for your order 1) curbside delivery , 2) local delivery , and 3) in-room with assembly. You can select the level of service right for you at checkout or email us.

Basic Shipping: Curbside shipping for all orders $99.00 (before tax). Fancci Boutique’s basic, curbside  shipping sends your order to your front door and is a contactless delivery. 

In-Room Shipping Local: $149 In-room shipping sends your order right to the room of your choice. This is a great option if you live in an apartment, a walk-up, or just need some help moving a big piece of furniture.

In-Room Assembly Local Shipping: starts at $149. Get your order delivered to the room of your choice and fully assembled. This is great for second-floor (or higher) destinations, busy people, or those who hate putting together furniture. Please note that while our delivery team will always do their best to help, they do not remove packaging, just in case you decide to return or exchange your product. Our delivery team is also unable to install lighting or secure furniture to walls.

These basic shipping rates apply to our standard service area in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and Metro Atlanta, Georgia contiguous United States.


Please select a date on the delivery form when you submit your order. Due to Covid-19 we are scheduling deliveries after 15 days to ensure products arrive on-time.

Our team will be in touch to let you know when you can expect your order and schedule your delivery with you. Our delivery teams typically operate from Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM.

Smaller items are often sent via UPS or FedEx. These deliveries are not scheduled in advance, but we will share tracking information, so you know when to expect your order.


If you live outside our local service area and need to orchestrate an exchange or a return, our team can help. We are unable to offer free exchanges outside standard service areas. Should you want to exchange items in your order, please get in touch, and we will provide an estimate of shipping costs. Returns outside our standard service area are subject to our standard return shipping fee.

When will my order be ready for pickup?

Orders will be available for pickup in the delivery store chosen in 7-15 days from the order date. Once the merchandise is received by the store, customers will be contacted via phone or email by a store sales associate.

What type of identification do I bring with me when picking up my order?

For verification purposes, please bring a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the items. If being picked up by someone other than the purchaser a photo ID and copy of the receipt is required. Please be sure to bring a vehicle large enough to carry your purchase and extra assistance for loading if necessary. We're sorry, but Fancci Boutique  employees are unable to assist you in the loading or tying down of your purchase.

How long will you hold my order at the store?

Orders not picked up within 7 days will be cancelled and payment will not be refunded, unless prior arrangements have been made.
