Client holds the wholesale accounts and pays vendors directly. Fancci serves as sourcing partner and coordinator.

Local Retail Sourcing Session

$150 per hour · 2 hour minimum · Half day $450 · Full day $800

Curated day of thrift, consignment, and vintage sourcing in Houston for one focused list or area. Client pays stores directly.

Virtual Estate Sale and Auction Sourcing

$275 per event plus 15 percent of winning bids

Virtual support to identify, shortlist, and plan bids for one estate sale or online auction.

Purchase Handling and Coordination Add On

10 percent of retail totals · Or flat $150 to $250 per project

Add on service when Fancci purchases on the client behalf and coordinates basic pick up or delivery with third party providers.

📌 How Fancci Fees Work

  • Half day sessions are up to 3.5 hours. Full day sessions are up to 7 hours.
  • Additional time is billed at $150 per hour, one hour minimum, approved before extending the session.
  • Rates apply to the Houston metro area. Projects outside Houston may include travel fees and a separate travel day rate, quoted case by case.
  • Sourcing and consulting fees are non refundable. A minimum 50 percent deposit is required to book services. Product orders must be paid in full before Fancci places orders.
  • Any sourcing fee credits or waivers will be outlined in your written quote. Container projects and wholesale procurement fees include minimums per project and are not waived.
